Products listed on www.childfriendly.ae are exclusive of delivery. Upon placing an order, we will contact you to confirm delivery times and prices. Estimated delivery times and prices are
Abu Dhabi (metro only, excluding Al Ain) and Dubai: 3 to 5 working days, aed 100
UAE (all other Emirates, and including Al Ain): 5 to 7 working days, aed 250
Other Middle East countries: price and time frame to be quoted upon receipt of order
We require all deliveries to be signed for. Please avoid delays by including accurate address and contact information.
Please inspect items upon receipt and do not accept items that have damaged packaging. Notice of damage to products made through shipping must be made in writing to info@childfriendly.ae with accompanying photos within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Proof of purchase will also be required. Please keep all original packaging.
INSTALLATION
All products require self-installation and/or assembly and come complete with instructions and hardware. Child Friendly Solutions recommends assembly and installation is undertaken by a professional and only in accordance with the instructions. Damage or defects due to incorrect installation and assembly will not be covered by warranties.
Upon request, Child Friendly Solutions can provide quotes for installation. The price of installation is not included in the product price and will be charged separately.
