RETURNS
Child Friendly Solutions will accept returns within 7 calendar days of receipt of the purchased products. Returns will only be accepted under the following circumstances
The wrong product was sent
The product is defective
The product was damaged in shipping
Notification of intended return and the reason for doing so must be made in writing to info@childfriendly.ae. Proof of purchase will also be required. Once the return has been approved we will provide further instructions on how to return the product to us. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused and untampered with.
