WARRANTY

Warranty information is included with each product page at www.childfriendly.ae. All products carry a warranty of 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Child Friendly Solutions will guarantee all products against defects in workmanship and materials and will replace all defective products free of charge. Where a product includes a number of accessories, only the defective accessory, or an equivalent accessory, will be replaced.

The guarantee does not cover misuse, negligent handling or normal wear and tear. Child Friendly Solutions products should be used under supervision to prevent misuse.

Notification of defective items must be made in writing to info@childfriendly.ae with accompanying photos. Proof of purchase will also be required. Once defect is assessed and approved we will provide further instructions on replacement or repair. The original product or part may need to be returned to us.
